1 x Small banana (or half a banana)
250ml Almond Milk
2-3 Drops Almond Essence
1 x Scoop Herbalife Personalised Protein Powderr
2 x Ice Cubes
Notes Less protein in almond milk than soy milk. Add some ground almonds as an option
